About This Course

This course is designed to give students an in-depth understanding of the Security Onion packet analysis tool and its application in information security. Participants will have the opportunity to learn how to capture and analyze packets in real time, identify patterns and threats, and use Security Onion's built-in tools to resolve network security issues.

Some of the tools included in Security Onion are: TheHive, Kibana, CyberChef, Suricata and Zeek.
